Annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
Predictable costs, scheduled visits, priority emergency response, and the documentation your building needs to stay compliant. AMCs start from ₦800,000 per lift per year, depending on equipment type and age.
Lagos elevator certification support
Lagos now enforces mandatory elevator registration and certification. Properties in Lekki and Ikeja have been sealed for non-compliance. We support clients with documentation, inspection readiness, maintenance records, and corrective work needed to pass certification.
